In an ambitious move to enhance Pakistan’s agricultural practices, the Prime Minister has launched a comprehensive initiative for the capacity building of 1,000 agricultural graduates in China. This program, as announced in national publications on 19.11.2024 and 18-01-2025, is designed to facilitate knowledge exchange and hands-on experience in modern agricultural techniques. The graduates selected will benefit from a fully funded training, gaining insights from some of China’s leading agricultural universities and research institutions.
The initiative is spearheaded by the Ministry of National Food Security and Research (MNFSR), which extends an invitation to young agricultural graduates from both public and private sectors to participate in this transformative program. Over a period of 3 to 6 months, participants will engage in cutting-edge agricultural practices across various fields, aimed at significantly uplifting Pakistan’s agricultural standards on a global scale.

Eligibility Criteria
- Young agricultural graduates with specialization in BSc (Hons) Agricultural minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0 or first division in one priority area.
- Interested applicants must demonstrate their last two reviews/articles that can support minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0.
- Close age to 25 years more than 30 years on the closing date will be ranked lower.
- Should be less than 35 years of age at the time of application.
- Have 0.04 months.
- Proficiency in English language and use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoints.
Method of Application
- Training program is fully funded by the Government of Pakistan.
- Scope of training, orientation sessions, and reporting requirements will be provided to selected applicants.
- Interested applicants may apply online at https://chinatraining.fsp.gov.pk/ and upload their CV, academic credentials/transcripts/degrees, passport (image of bio page) on or before the closing date. The application portal will remain active until the closing date (12:00 midnight PST).
- Selected candidates will be required to submit HEC attested copies of credentials/transcripts/degrees and sign a bond to return to Pakistan upon completion of training and be available as master trainers.
- Applicants working in the public sector will have to provide NOC of their respective departments upon selection.
- Family will not be allowed to accompany the trainee.
- Candidates who have previously applied through earlier advertisements may also apply this time.
- Applicants should have a passport valid for at least one year beyond the application deadline.
